Today, 24th May, 2021, Hon Alex Kyeremeh, a former MP for Techiman North and also Deputy Minister for Education under NDC regime, paid a visit to the Bono East Regional Minister, Hon Kwasi Adu-Gyan at his office.
The unannounced visit by the former MP, offered the opportunity for the political opposing duo to think about developing the region beyond bye- partisan approach.
Mr. Kyeremeh, assured the Minister, he would be available to serve in any capacity that the need may be to help the growth of the region apart from purely party engagements.
He graciously shared some few experiences and developments with Hon Adu-Gyan.
On his part, Mr Kwasi Adu-Gyan, was full of joy to host the former Minister and MP at his office.
He appealed to the former Minister to regularised such visits and make himself available to the course of the region’s transformation agenda.
Mr Adu-Gyan observed, beyond politics, the people the region are brothers and sisters and that, development knows no political colours.
The two agreed that, it was about time, politicians in the region help build one another irrespective of the political ideologies.
If this move can continue and more bigwigs in the region can follow same, then one can be assured of a better Bono East Region irrespective of which political party is in power.
