The Bono East Regional Coordinating Council, together with the Municipal Chief Executive for Techiman and the Bono East Regional Lands Commission, has paid a courtesy visit to the Techiman Traditional Council to express profound appreciation to Nananom for the generous donation of 310 acres of land to the State for the development of the Bono East Regional Ministerial Enclave.
On behalf of His Excellency President John Dramani Mahama, the delegation conveyed heartfelt gratitude to the Techiman Traditional Council for this significant gesture, which reflects the Council’s strong commitment to the development of Bono East and the wellbeing of its people.
The land donation will provide a permanent site for key government infrastructure and offices, creating the needed space to consolidate public institutions and strengthen public service delivery across the Region.
The Bono East RCC expressed its appreciation for the continued support, cooperation and partnership of the Techiman Traditional Council, noting that such collaboration between government and traditional authorities remains essential to advancing sustainable development in the Region.
The RCC looks forward to strengthening this partnership with Nananom as collective efforts continue towards building a more developed, coordinated and prosperous Bono East Region.
